Mountain house in beautiful location for rent Spend your holiday in our beautiful 4-room independent mountain house (2 triple bedrooms, 1 double bedroom + living room + kitchen). The house features high standard. The ground floor includes a comfortable living room with a fireplace and a 40" LED TV and DVD player, a fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, gas stove, microwave, coffee maker, table ware, radio, and a real attraction – a bread oven fuelled with firewood. The ground floor also includes a double bedroom and bathroom with a shower and toilet (hot water 24/7). Upstairs you will find two bedrooms finished in wood with very nice views to the mountains. The house is located in a quiet area at an altitude of 500 m asl at the foot of Grabowiec 784 m asl, 3 km from Karpacz. A stream flows nearby. A forest rich in mushrooms is only 100 m away. The area offers tourist trails and a cycling trail running right next to the house. The fenced and locked premises offers free parking. The house is heated with a fireplace distributing hot air to all the rooms. Firewood is included in the price. Oil heaters are additionally installed in the bathroom and bedroom downstairs. The house is warm in winter! You can spend nice time outside at a barbecue enjoying wooden garden furniture. Meanwhile, your children can play in the sand box or on a sway, and on warmer days bathe in the pool. The house is perfect for families with children. A crib and high chair are available on request (based on prior arrangement). Free Wi-Fi. The house is rented as a whole and is to the exclusive disposal of the Guests. The premises are very clean and fenced. In the season, the house is rented for stays of at least one week. We prefer bookings from Saturday to Saturday. Off season from 01 September to 20 December and from 01 March to 24 June in the case of longer stays for 5 or more nights 350 PLN/night/entire house (excluding long weekends and holidays). In the case of a stay for 3 ot 4 nights 400 PLN. It is also possible to rent the house for two nights for 500 PLN/entire house/night (weekend from Friday at 14.00 to Sunday at 15.00). Holidays 500 PLN/night/entire house, min. one week, from Saturday to Saturday. Winter holidays 450 PLN/night. Christmas 700 PLN/night, min. 1 week from 20.12.2018 to 26.12.2018. New Year 900 PLN/night, min. 1 week from 27.12.2018 to 03.01.2019. Booking is made at the moment of payment fo a booking deposit (30%) to the bank account number specified in a private e-mail. The remaining amount is charged on arrival. Check-in from 14:00, check-out by 10:00. The price includes accommodation, electricity, water, bed linens, firewood, Wi-Fi Neostrada 10 Mb. The price does not include tourist tax of 2.00 PLN/person/night, concerning all guests aged 6 or more. We accept pets against an extra fee of 20 PLN/night. No more additional fees!
